Digital Service Nature
Our service provides digital storage and sharing of photo uploads for events. Due to the nature of digital goods and cloud-based infrastructure, we do not offer automatic refunds once an upgrade or purchase has been made.
Refunds
If you experience any issues with the service or have concerns about a recent purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Cancellation
You may cancel your use of the service at any time. Cancelling your account or event does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Storage and hosting remain available until the end of your current plan duration, unless deleted earlier by request.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or file a dispute, please email us at support@knotuploader.com with your account email and transaction ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
